chnagolombdecode - adaptive Golomb (Langdon) decoding of a channel

SYNOPSIS

chnagolombdecode bitstream channel

DESCRIPTION

chnagolombdecode decodes a bitstream produced by chnagolombencode(1) and outputs a channel (CHN format).

chnagolombdecode calls QccENTAdaptiveGolombDecodeChannel(3) to do the actual adaptive Golomb decoding.
